1. I understand that my physical, mental and emotional well-being is my own responsibility and that this program and those teaching it are not responsible for any injuries sustained during this program. I assume all responsibility for any risks involved in completing this program and have filled out a new student registration form (waiver) before I began the training.
2. I understand this is NOT a therapeutic program and will consult my doctor/therapist to make sure it is safe for me to participate in a program like this that requires self-reflection and may challenge me physically, emotionally and / or spiritually.
If at any point Coral determines you are unfit for the program, you will be asked to leave the program with no refund.
3. I understand that my online payment for tuition will be made in full by December 20, 2020 through a private online link sent to me after acceptance into this program. I understand that if I need to pay my tuition online through the payment portal in 2 installments, I will email: alison@shriyoga.org
4. I understand that no refunds are available after December 20, 2020, and that $125 admin fee will be retained in the event of a refund on any date before December 20, 2020.
5. I understand that participation in this training does not guarantee employment (teaching opportunities) at Shri.
6. I also understand that it is my responsibility to attend all hours of the training as scheduled and Shri and Coral are not responsible for making up any “lost” training time in which I do not / cannot attend unless personally authorized through an arrangement made with Coral.
7. I understand that certification is not guaranteed and is dependent upon completion of all requirements to the satisfaction of Coral Brown, director of this teacher training. For any further questions specific about the training components or curriculum, I will contact Coral at coralbrown@me.com.
